Shop Review - Titanic Vapour - Shankill Road

Titanic Vapour - Shankill Road

This is an independent review and I am not connected to nor sponsored by the store.

Nestled on a busy Shankill Road you will find Titanic Vapour a small unimposing front with the familiar signage above the glass fronted window.

Step inside and it is tardis like, the shop its self is not very big but this definitely hides the fact that it has huge quantities of juice and mods alike.

The shop is a square space with the counter set to the back with cabinets to the right and left. Across the glass window and partially along the left wall is a breakfast type bar counter. The main serving counter is across the back.

I am greeted with a warm “Hi, how can I help you” from the two sales guys behind the counter (Zack and Adam) even though they were both serving customers at the time (big thumbs up for this), I reply that I am just browsing at the moment and continue to browse while observing their customer service.

In the cabinet to the right I am mesmerised with the range of mods that are available, by far the largest selection of any shop that I have been in yet. Everyone’s needs would be taken care of from the starter to the more experience vaper. Mechs are also taken care of in the cabinet on the left hand side from inexpensive clones to the more expensive mechs. Also contained in this cabinet are a good range of RDA’s and RDTA’s.

This leads you up the main counter behind which is a very substantial range of juices which just baffles you to how you would even start to choose which one to purchase.

At this point I asked for advice and Zack went through numerous questions to find out what sort of flavour profile I liked and offered to let me test a few different ones and also pointed out which juices were on offer. I was surprised that he didn’t start with the Titanic’s own juice range and affiliate juices from the Drip Sauce range, now these juices are set off to the left hand shelf and not front and centre which I have seen with other own brands. (again this is a thumbs up in my opinion as it show belief in their own brand to sell its self).

Every budget is well catered for in this store with a big range of budget 10ml juices right up to the premium large shortfill bottles and also a good range CBD juices if that is your thing.

One thing that was evident was that every customer was treated the same and that there is good deal of repeat customers that come into the store, about 10-15 in the 15 mins I was browsing.

At this point James the store owner came out from the back and recognised me (was glad he wasn’t at the counter when I 1st went in, as this gave a more realistic view of the service). I was greeted very warmly and offered a coffee, which I can say is 1st class and quality of coffee may have to be something that I start to score in future reviews as they are very much in par with any big coffee store.

James very kindly gave me juices for review which will be coming to this site soon.

Another service offered by titanic is the Big Purple Trany delivery service. Jim gave me a tour of the van and I must say I was very impressed with the selection held within this mobile service, juice, mods, coils and batteries. As Jim says if he hasn't got it on he can always pick it up from any of the 3 shops.

Titanic is also in Lisburn and opened its 3rd store on the Ravenhill Road.

From feedback from other reviews I am now introducing a scoring system, but always these are based on my views and are subjective.

Customer services – 10/ 10
Range of Juices – 10/10
Range of Mods – 10/10
Layout of shop – 10/10
Testers available – 10/10

Would I visit this shop again – A big fat yes.

Website available – Yes

All in all great wee vape shop and a pleasurable visit and definitely on my list to visit again next time I am in this part of Belfast.
